The initial planning phases of any project are the most important.
Future growth and expansion can be accommodated by planning for it now rather than later when changes would be far more expensive.

Each department will be analyzed for its square footage requirements based on traffic flow, work load, number of employees, and job function. Then an overall design and standards package will be developed which is consistent with all electrical and computer requirements, incorporating existing furniture and equipment whenever appropriate.

Environmental Interiors will then provide a detailed floor plan which makes efficient use of every available square foot of your facility. Architectural details such as millwork and custom items can also be included in the plans. Most design work is done with our advanced CAD (Computer Aided Design) capabilities, giving you the flexibility to make changes with minimal time and effort. The result is an attractive workspace that allows each member of your team to be their most productive.

Environmental Interiors will work with your team to select furniture and carpet that suits your style - and your budget.
We'll help you choose the furniture and fabrics that most appropriately reflect your needs and desires. The selection process is easier with Environmental Interiors because we represent hundreds of manufacturers carrying a tremendous range of products - from casegoods to systems, executive to clerical, and high-end items for board rooms, to quality furniture for the budget-conscious. Our designers will prepare drawings and color boards which show you in detail how furniture, carpet, and other elements work together in an attractive, integrated design.

Our staff is always on hand to prepare and coordinate cost estimates and bid specifications, develop standards programs and work in conjunction with architects and contractors. We not only make certain you'll be happy with your new furniture, we make certain you'll be happy with the final costs, too!

Your Project Manager makes sure the job is on track and you're informed every step of the way.
Each Environmental Interiors project is spearheaded by an assigned Project Manager who works directly with you and the suppliers involved with your job. You and your Project Manager will conduct a comprehensive site check and develop a schedule based on the scope of the job. Then we'll keep you apprised of our progress with regularly scheduled job meetings.

Every item ordered, received, and installed is overseen and tracked by your Project Manager. Products are received and staged at our location, if necessary, where they're unpacked, inspected, and delivered for installation by our factory-trained personnel. We even take care of clean-up! This centralized coordination ensures that nothing is overlooked and your project can proceed according to schedule.

We've found that our integrated project management approach allows us to give you the best value for your dollar - by eliminating duplicated efforts and reducing associated costs, expediting a speedy, trouble-free installation. Whatever your budget, Environmental Interiors provides you with furniture that's good for business.
